Shipping Information

All purchases are shipped via UPS or DHL InternationalTo estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow two to three business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated for your preferred shipping method (i.e. UPS Ground or DHL International). Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Kendall Conrad cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Items for delivery via ground shipping, can take up to approximately 5-7 business days.

Many pieces are made to order, please allow 1-2 weeks to make. 

We highly recommend a signature for delivery for valuable items such as bags, gold, and diamond purchases. Please send us a note requesting this in the designated box on the shopping cart page.

Kendall Conrad IS NOT responsible for any missing packages, lost deliveries, etc. if the required signature option is not requested, or for any shipping delays due to shipping vendor or weather.

Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS .

International Orders

Kendall Conrad ships internationally. Shipping charges are provided as an estimate and actual shipping charges are adjusted upon final processing of your orders. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, not upon delivery. DHL Express shipping service provides a tracking number to ship and deliver products
Customers can use their local currency and  local payment method to pay for products.
There are no international returns. 


Please allow 4 weeks for delivery. Pre-orders are charged at time of purchase.

Returns / Exchanges

Kendall Conrad proudly stands behind the design and quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of the receipt for a full refund (not including shipping). Please send us an email at mail@kendallconraddesign.com with your name and order number, and if you are exchanging, the item you would like to exchange it for, and we will begin the process and look out for your package. Items returned without an email, will not be accepted and returned to sender. In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the return. Original or additional shipping costs paid by customer will not be refunded. The item must be returned in unused condition, and in its original packaging to assure full credit. No item can be accepted for return or exchange which bears any indication that it was used. Please allow up to 10 days to process returns.

International, Custom, and Gold Orders
All international, custom, and gold orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Shipping Returned Merchandise
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via UPS, FedEx, or insured parcel post for tracking purposes, and that a customer request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Kendall Conrad will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Kendall Conrad’s sole discretion. Please send your return to:

All sale and reduced merchandise are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to mail@kendallconraddesign.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment. If you would like to purchase a different product, please visit our website or contact us at mail@kendallconraddesign.com.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.

Prices displayed on the Kendall Conrad website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

Title to products you order on this website and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you upon delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.

Kendall Conrad charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.


Dimensions displayed on the Kendall Conrad website are noted in inches, centimeters and millimeters. While we try to ensure that all measurements on our website are accurate, errors may occur.

Special features such as viewing a summary of your recent account activity and updating your account information are available after registering with Kendall Conrad. Simply register or log in by following the Log In link located at the top of our website.

Should you choose to register on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and password information. In the event of a breach of security through your account, you will be liable for any damage caused by the unauthorized use until you notify us in writing of the breach of security and we have had a reasonable opportunity to remedy the unauthorized use. You agree to provide Kendall Conrad with all assistance necessary to remedy such unauthorized use of the Site caused by a breach of security through your account.
