How Do I Join The KC Rewards Program?
Create a Kendall Conrad customer account and you will automatically become part of our program. Or you can join by clicking on the Rewards Button on the right side of your screen.
How do I earn reward points?
Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend online. Each time you spend, you will receive an email with your updated reward points balance. There are also plenty of other ways to earn reward points under the Earn tab of your profile, including following us on Instagram and referring friends. Use your reward points to redeem rewards, or save them up to win even more.
When do the points expire?
Points expire after one year.
How do I check my reward points balance and redeem rewards?
You can check your balance and rewards anytime by clicking Check Rewards on our website. Each time you shop online, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. From here, you can click through to your Rewards Profile, where you can redeem rewards.
How do I use my rewards?
When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you'll be able to redeem it for a unique reward coupon. You can use your reward coupon during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount Bar and click Apply. Note, you can only use one coupon code per order.
Terms and Conditions
The Rewards Program excludes sale items, shipping fees, returns, taxes and discounts applied.
Kendall Conrad reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
Coupons can only be redeemed once.
If you redeem your coupon online for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon, the balance of the coupon is not redeemable on another purchase.
If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
Earning Rewards
Kendall Conrad Rewards is available to all customers. A user will accumulate rewards points for completing actions relating to his or her account as set forth in the Rewards Dashboard on kendallconraddesign.com. A user only earns rewards points based on activity on and via kendallconraddesign.com. Rewards points cannot be awarded for prior purchases; for orders where a gift card was used as partial or full payment; for dollars spent on tax or shipping; for purchases made at special events including, but not limited to, sales; nor for purchases made in other locations that carry Kendall Conrad products such as department stores or independent boutiques. Company may determine, in its sole discretion, to restrict the redemption of rewards with respect to certain products. Other restrictions may apply. Users will be able to check the amount of Rewards points accumulated in their account by clicking on CHECK REWARDS button and viewing the Rewards Dashboard. If an order is canceled, any rewards points awarded for the purchase will be canceled. If a product is returned, Company reserves the right to cancel the Rewards points awarded for the purchase of such product. Users may not redeem or exchange accumulated Rewards points for cash. Users may not give/donate/transfer/share their Rewards points to another User’s account. Company specifically reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Rewards Program, or any specific User’s participation in the Rewards Program, if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, safety or proper function of the Rewards Program, as determined by Company in its sole discretion. In addition, Company reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or permanently ban any specific User’s participation in the Rewards Program if Company suspects that such User is conducting fraudulent activity to acquire, accumulate or spend Rewards points including, but not limited to, by a User creating multiple Rewards accounts, false referrals, etc.
Membership and Eligibility
Kendall Conrad Rewards is a rewards Program offered by Kendall Conrad to its customers. Membership to the Program Membership is limited to individuals only Member or user or you and is limited to one account per individual. You must be age 18 years or older to be eligible for Membership. By applying for the Program, you agree to these terms of service. No purchase is necessary to become a member. The Program is subject to change or be cancelled at any time without notice. Participation and benefits shall be considered void where prohibited by law. Taxes may apply where required by law. Company assumes no liability for any user’s participation that contravenes the laws or regulations of his or her state. Your participation is subject to present and future Program rules. Your participation is valid only at kendallconraddesign.com and may only be redeemed there.
Expiration of Rewards Points
Rewards points are earned on an on-going basis starting on the date you joined the Program and continuously earned through completing various actions as a registered member of the Program. They expire after one year.
Agreeing to the Privacy Policy & Terms of Use
You may view your account activity online in the CHECK REWARDS Dashboard. The information you provide will be handled in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy. Company values your privacy. The personal information collected from each Member, including purchase history and credit card information will only be used and disclosed by Company for the purpose of the administration of the Program, internal analysis for marketing purposes, and as otherwise permitted by Company’s privacy policy. By joining the Program, you agree to receive communications from company and agree to Company’s privacy policy and terms of use.
Changes and Removal From the Program
Company may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the Program rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of the Program (including assigning any of its obligations to customers under the Program at any time to another person or entity, without recourse) or may terminate the Program any time at its sole discretion, by posting any such changes on the Website. If you continue to use the website following any changes, this constitutes your agreeing and acceptance of changes made. Company reserves the right to exclude individuals from the KC Program in its sole discretion. Any abuse of the Program, failure to follow any terms of the Program, any misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of Company may subject members to membership revocation and will affect eligibility for further participation in the Program. Membership and points are non-transferable, and purchases must be made by the member. If your membership is revoked or otherwise cancelled, any points in your account will automatically expire. Company reserves the right to make changes to its Website and these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check or review these Terms from time to time to keep informed of any changes.
