Full Time Luxury Retail Sales Associate Key Holder (Brentwood Country Mart)
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our retail sales team full time in our Brentwood location. You will be responsible for driving sales as well as providing a high level of customer service, along with operating and managing administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will represent the brand in a polished and professional manner, provide a high level of customer service, have a friendly and outgoing personality, cultivate and maintain excellent client relationships as well as uphold our visual merchandising. Luxury fashion retail experience is preferred with a focus on clienteling.
Ability to clientele and anticipate the customer's needs.
Drive business through facilitating cusomer's needs and maintain and effective clientele list and wait list.
Strong sense of product knowledge and able to suggestively sell monitoring and management of client outreach.
Prioritizes workload to maximize efficiency and minimize the impact on customer experience.
Exhibit an on-trend, brand appropriate approach and aesthetic through store merchandising, personal wardrobe to enhance customer brand experience.
Manage and complete admin related tasks (ex: reporting, point of sale management, web sale management, etc.)
Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals and projections prompt reply to emails and all correspondence with senior management.
Review weekly and monthly reporting of sales figures and store performance.
Mentorship of new hires.
Manage and maintain a consistent on brand look in wardrobe and appearance.
Maintaining a high visual standard for the store.
Communicating inventory needs and transfers between stores and warehouse.
Ensure the store holds an engaging in store experience in line with company directives and standards,
Proficient in solving customer service issues quickly.
Communicate and facility all exclusive requests and special orders and maintain a healthy and positive work environment.
