Shipping Information

All purchases are shipped via FedEx. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow two to three business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx 2Day). Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Kendall Conrad cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through FedEx.

International Orders
Kendall Conrad ships internationally. Shipping charges are provided as an estimate and actual shipping charges are adjusted upon final processing of your orders. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for any taxes / duties incurred by destination country. For international returns, we cannot refund any import fees. It is up to the customer to cover shipping and handling as well as any duties or tariffs incurred.
Returns / Exchange

STORE
Kendall Conrad proudly stands behind the design and quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of the receipt for store credit. The item must be returned in unused condition, and in its original packaging to assure full credit. No item can be accepted for return or exchange which bears any indication that it was used. Store credit is valid for 6 months. After 6 months, the credit is no longer valid.

ONLINE
Kendall Conrad proudly stands behind the design and quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of the receipt for a full refund (not including shipping). The item must be returned in unused condition, and in its original packaging to assure full credit. No item can be accepted for return or exchange which bears any indication that it was used.

SHIPPING RETURNED MERCHANDISE
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via FedEx or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that a customer request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Kendall Conrad will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Kendall Conrad’s sole discretion.

SALE & REDUCED MERCHANDISE
All sale and reduced merchandise are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to mail@kendallconraddesign.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment. If you would like to purchase a different product, please visit our website or contact us at mail@kendallconraddesign.com.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.

Prices displayed on the Kendall Conrad website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

Title to products you order on this website and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you upon delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.

Kendall Conrad charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.

Measurements
Dimensions displayed on the Kendall Conrad website are noted in inches. While we try to ensure that all measurements on our website are accurate, errors may occur.

Special features such as viewing a summary of your recent account activity and updating your account information are available after registering with Kendall Conrad. Simply register or log in by following the My Account link located at the top of our website.

Should you choose to register on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and password information.
